VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hello, my name is Anna and this is my Hungarian Vizsla- Sprat. When I reached out for help from Kassie and Martin at Supreme Tails, as Sprat was excessively jumping and mouthing, making us super stressed about walking. He was pulling and not listening and we knew that the garden wasn't enough for him. When working with Supreme Tails we built a lot of knowledge about the breed, which made so much sense in practice, we gave Sprat the training and the enrichment he needed to be the best he could be. The clear understanding of what we needed and creating foundations with the custom training plan, we knew we could teach him good manners and obedience. The best part of the whole process was a total flexibility from Kassie and Martin, meaning that we could call or message anytime and they will always be there ready to help. Working with Kassie and Martin, we could enjoy the training process together, but inevitably there were also harder days and that's where I found that emotional support I needed, and specific guidance on training, which was hugely helpful. We cannot recommend Supreme Tails highly enough as trainers, they have become part of our family, I wouldn't trust anyone else! They love Sprat like their own and needless to say, Sprat is much happier now
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hello, I'm John and this is my one and a half year old Labrador Blackjack, who's an absolute sweetheart and we've seen a massive transformation in him. Blackjack previously loved to play with other dogs and people, but not necessarily when they wanted to. It got to a point with him where it made the walk very very stressful, because he was dragging us across roads, and this just made the whole experience very very stressful. Blackjack always found it very hard to just rest and relax again, which made life quite stressful in the house. We soon realized that Blackjack was becoming too much and we had to do something, we could not go on as it wasn't fair on him and it wasn't very nice for us. Thankfully, we came across Supreme Tails and we were very encouraged, because we realised from their experience that they knew how to look after and deal with Labradors, so they were able and confident to put a training plan together for Blackjack, which would work for him and work for us. Talking with Supreme Tails, it became very clear that we weren't alone, there's a lot of people out there with black Labs like Blackjack who are excitable, very difficult to control at an early age, and it was reassuring to know that it wasn't just us who got it wrong. It was just that we needed to get the right plan in place to make sure that he becomes a happy and confident dog. Going forward, it was such a relief on meeting Martin and Kassie that they're able to put a plan together for myself and for Blackjack which was enjoyable. It was a concern that it might be a little bit regimental, and a bit boring, but it wasn't in the slightest that way, you know the whole thing about this is training the owner, and I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot from it. I felt over the time that I became much closer to Blackjack, I was able to get to see some really positive changes in Blackjack, with the training, which I'm delighted with and it's surpassed my own expectations. We ended up bonding very closely during the process of the training, which has now continued going forward. We now have a much more chilled out Labrador, much more social and absolutley brilliant on walks, now we can be confident going on walks to meet other dogs, it's not a difficult stressful process and we're absolutely delighted to meet Martin and Kassie, because the transformation in Blackjack is unbelievable and it's definitely surpassed my expectations. I cannot speak any higher of Supreme Tails, they've been incredible, If you're ever unsure, I would thoroughly recommend using their Zoom consultation, and just try it, I think you would be absolutely delighted. It's definitely worthwhile and it's made our life so much better with the added WhatsApp support, I can definitely recommend Supreme Tails, give it a try and see how they can help you, I'm sure you will be impressed!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hello, my name is Kelly. Pom has been with us since he was a little puppy and we have loved him ever since. We originally got him when we lived in London and obviously a small dog in such a busy City made sense for us, however, when talking to Supreme Tails they introduced us to the theory of 'flooding', which changed our outlook on what Pom was thinking and feeling. However, recently we've been lucky enough to move to the countryside and whilst it's been amazing for Pom to be able to really stretch his little legs, it has led us to discovering how hard he can be at recall, so due to this we got in touch with Supreme Tails, to work on his recall, along with confidence building, as Pom can get overwhelmed sometimes, as there is so much novelty in the country side for a city boy like Pommy! We worked on cues that Pom loved, that got our attention, such as his favorite recall cue. He also loves to do 'paws up', so he'll now randomly run up to things and plant his front paws on on it, to show how smart he is, instead of freezing or getting stressed. Through growing our relationship with Pom, with the help of Supreme Tails, Pom now finds us so much more fun to run back to and it always puts a smile on my face seeing how happy recall makes Little Pommy.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hi my name is Nick and this is Patches. She's a good girl, but since we moved house, she's become a bit cheeky and started to steal food from countertops, tables and even our plates. Kassie and Martin worked closely with us to overcome bad habits that Patches had developed- eg: resting on her bed at meal times, as this gives her a clear task and success criteria, and a plan for when friends and family come around. I love speaking to Supreme Tails, both on zoom and in person, depending on our needs and would always encourage meeting in person. Kassie and Martin created a tailored plan of activities beyond our in-person sessions, so we weren't feeling lost and also implement a home specific plan, so that the home wasn't setting Patches up to fail. If anyone's struggling with their own dog, even if it's a Golden Oldie like dear old Patches here, I genuinely believe Supreme Tails can teach old dogs new tricks!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hi, my name is Amy, I've been working with Supreme Tails with my dog Guinness, he is three years old. I've been working with Supreme Tails for a while now, because when he was a puppy, he was a bit of a nightmare, but actually he's a very sweet dog and we love him to bits. Guinness used to pull so hard and so fast and quite honestly, he used to nearly dislocate my shoulder, so I realised this was going to be a huge problem in the future, so we thought we needed some help and Kassie and Martin luckily came on the scene at the right time for us. From the moment Guinness and I met Martin and Kassie, we felt very comfortable, Guinness enjoyed the interaction and at the end of the training sessions came back very confident, happy and content knowing that we had the WhatsApp support and could contact Kassie and Martin whenever (24/7) was a huge comfort and the one-to-ones were very helpful. We now have a very confident, little Guinness and he's very happy, I have utmost confidence in him, which going forward is a life changer, so thank you very much Kassie and Martin, from me and Guinness.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- I approached Kassie and Martin in the Town Center, I saw that they were training the dogs and so I asked them questions, to see if they could help. We exchanged our numbers and that's how it all started. Sisi was a very nervous dog and we really struggled with her walks, she was always barking at everyone, she was pulling very hard and so we had a lot of issues with walking her. We struggled when someone knocked on the door too, she was very aggressive, so we started our journey with Kassie and Martin. Supreme Tails helped us a lot, since after a couple of walks, Sisi has changed a lot! She's happier and she doesn't cause any issues, so she's totally a different dog. We are very happy with what Kassie and Martin did, with all the help and support and we are looking forward to carry on working with them, so we can get Sisi trained a little more, but we we are super happy and we would recommend them 100% to everyone, so thank you very much guys!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hiya, I'm James and this is Piglet. Piglet is just over two years old, I've had her since she was about an eight week old puppy and she is by far the hardest Rottie that I've had in my 43 years of life. She's really loving, really active too. Recently, well just after I had Piglet, I also had the birth of our son. So it was a very hard job to sort of balance both. With the help of Supreme Tails, they've helped us massively. They understood what we needed, how we needed it, since day one Supreme Tails have always been on my side, any problems I've had they've always helped out- straight away. They've been very to the point, there's been no sort of fluffing around of anything, it's just been direct and it's really worked for me , it's really worked for Piglet. It's really worked obviously with helping with the boy, as well! She's a fantastic pet, any time I've ever had a problem I can either text or phone and they get back to me straight away, a bit like a 24/7 assistance, but Piglet has been amazing since, she's really been a really loving family dog!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- My name is Mia and this is my three-year-old Cavapoo Teddy. I'm a first-time dog owner and the thought of not being able to give him everything he needed was a big concern to me. I made the decision to seek help as early as possible, so I could get an idea on routine. whilst the routine side of things was mainly for me, I also wanted to ensure that Ted lived a fulfilling and exciting life with us, something that was of even more importance when he was initially settling into our home. I found Martin and Kassie and after chatting on Zoom, I concluded that their training suited our needs. I also liked their approach to training from Ted's point of view, throughout the process Martin and Kassie were always there on WhatsApp to answer any questions I had, no matter how small, and this made me feel supported and confident to take charge of Ted's training. Supreme Tails also did a great job of teaching my husband and me how to interact with Ted in a way that made our wishes as clear as possible to him, as well as helped us ensure that he remained a happy dog. We've loved our time working with Kassie and Martin and always look forward to our one-to-one sessions. Ted is always beside himself with excitement when he sees them both and it's lovely to see his strong connection to his trainers, we've thoroughly enjoyed our journey with Supreme Tails, as has Teddy!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hello everyone, my name is Zara and this is Bear. Bear's just gone through his teenage phase, during this time he's learnt one or two cheeky habits such as ignoring recall or not following his obedience. I worked with Kassie and Martin at Supreme Tails to try and fix our relationship and now we're stronger than ever! Bear is becoming such an amazing dog, he loves to please! We've worked hard on his lead walking, as Bear would really pull to a point where I was scared I would lose him, but now he walks so much better. Alongside this, we've worked on his recall and manners around other dogs, so he isn't in their faces and he's more with me, instead of seeing a dog and shooting off. I wanted to thank Kassie and Martin for being so understanding with Bear and with me, we've really enjoyed our weekly homework and love the feedback we get on our WhatsApp chat, especially showing the videos of our success. It's been brilliant to learn how dog training can be fun and that success doesn't have to be militant, this realistic approach to training is so much more rewarding for Bear and for me, especially as for me- I just want to give Bear the best life I can and Kassie and Martin are helping me to achieve just that and that's our goal each day.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- I got Monty 10 months ago and he hasn't left my side, but when he hit seven months he just turned into this teenage dog, he lost all recall that I'd worked so hard on- any person, leaf any other dog, anything at all that was it, he was gone. No recall whatsoever! Working with Supreme Tails has completely changed my relationship with Monty, from the 24/7 WhatsApp communication- if I'm having a problem and I can drop them a message and they're on hand just to help out. They've given me the best understanding of what stage he's going through! How I can best communicate with him and how he's feeling about everything. How best to get on board with him- it's not just about training him, it's been about training me as well and they've been absolutely fantastic with every single step of that. I can't recommend Supreme Tails enough, they have completely changed my relationship with Monty, without them I don't know where we would be right now. They've been absolutely fantastic, he's loved every step of it and I've loved every step of it, so if you're struggling get in touch.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT- Hi, I'm Ceiron- this is Sprocket. Sprocket makes bad choices when he's out in the park, he'll talk to anyone or to any dog and he doesn't really judge whether the person's interested in actually talking to him and having him in their face! The other part of training was making sure that we're more interesting than those other distraction, so that he defaults to come back and to play with us and talk with us. We're also doing a bit of scent work, he's never going to win any prizes for that, but he's making progress and it keeps him interested in what he's doing. It's great to work with Kassie and Martin and see the progress Sprocket is making and they definitely won't be getting rid of Sprocket and myself anytime soon!
